Dulcie Madden is a co-founder and the CEO of Rest Devices, a Boston-based startup that builds software and hardware for parents to help their babies sleep better. The company’s flagship product, the Mimo Baby Sleep Tracker, is a wearable device that tracks a baby’s live biometric sleep data. The Mimo system launched in February 2014 and is now sold nationwide at leading retailers. In addition, Rest is now working in partnership with Johnson & Johnson to pair its extensive data science capabilities and machine learning expertise to build Nod, a customized digital coaching platform, the first focus of which is infant sleep. Dulcie received her BS in Biology from Georgetown University and half of an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
