She joined Philips 7 years ago as Global Marketing Leader for Philips Health and Wellness including global brands Philips Avent and Philips Sonicare. She was then appointed to Global Head of Brand & Marketing Consumer Lifestyle, contributing to the new Philips positioning ‘Philips, Innovation and you’ and accelerating the Philips Digital journey.

Before joining Philips, Aliëtte worked for 12 years for Procter & Gamble which gave her broad marketing experience across multiple markets, including concept ideation and creation, market activation and global business management.

Her passion is to empower parents to make the best choices for their child, while supporting their healthy development.

Aliëtte is Dutch and lives in Amsterdam with her husband and 3 children.
